Let's see your Fall scenes

Well, it’s that time of year, the leaves are changing. If you have any Fall scenes on your layout, let’s see them!!

I’ll start it out…

What a great time of year to be in Colorful Colorado. It’s now officially the peak time for Aspens in the Rockies.

This is about as close as I can get in my current circumstances.

It’s always late October on the Yuba River Sub, and fall hits its peaks at various times at various elevations. Here’s some ‘peak’ trees at about the 3,000 foot elevation in the South Yuba canyon.

A better capturing of the typical autumn atmosphere I have yet to see!

I [bow] to thee, CNJ831!

Those Fall scenes are gorgeous ! What technique did you use to make the trees? The color combinations are very realistic. Bob Hahn

Hi!

It never ceases to amaze me at the work you guys put out! While fall has always been my favorite time of year, I haven’t modeled that season since my Lionel layout of the mid-'50s.

Thanks for the pictures!

Nice work folks.

It will be awhile before my fall scenes materialize, but I can only hope they will look as yours.

Thanks for sharing,

Everyone in this post has done an outstanding job with their layouts. I never knew so much beauty and talent existed out there in model railroad land!### Also I checked out Tom White’s RG&YR layout and I urge everyone to do likewise. See the link in his post. Fantastic job Tom. I envy your hot water heater, who gets to see your layout 24/7.
