i would like to hear about any kind of repairs and alterations done to improve the lgb mikado or to make it work properly i have made all kinds of alterations and finally have a workable locomotive

Anyway let’s hear the good news. Did you find a fix so that the drive straightens out after the curves? There would be many users interested in that one.
Of course if one would believe the “Red Box Worshippers”, there was nary a problem with the Mikado. [;)][:)][:D][;)]
Had a nice chat with Ray regarding the “challenges of a LGB Mikado”. Let’s hope he finds the time to list some of his solutions. They are interesting and should be good “food for thought” for others.
PS Ray lives about 80km (50miles for the rest of the gang) down the valley, haven’t been to his new layout yet, but his old one was plenty of inspiration. [^][^][^]
