Ebay your best bet, be prepared to pay for it, they are still popular and popular LGB stuff has gone thru the roof on ebay recently.

I have a nice one that I won off EvilBay a while back. I got lucky and snagged it for 65 bucks.

The blue mystic convention porter has smoke and MTS and goes for $150 or more, and is the same as the 22771, just painted in the convention scheme.
