Too late, now he will probably will never grow up to be a MRR now! This should have been the first thing he looked at right from the womb!
At about the same age I was Christmas gifted with a Lionel O-27 tinplate train. I teethed on a box car.
Ever since then I have had an overpowering affinity for everything that has flanged wheels and runs on steel rails.
