Life-Like Coal Tower footprint

Anyone out there know the dimensions of the footprint of the Life-Like Coal Tower, 433-1377? Size matters here. I know the Model Power, 490-410 is 6" square, but Walthers doesn’t show the size of the Life-Like tower.

Also, the LIfe-Like coal tower is supposed to be a 100 ton capacity. Has anyone seen a capacity for the Model Power tower?

If this is the one, it is about 3.5" x 7.5" but I would have to go measure it for exact dimensions. I did this a few times for bidders on my model. I have modified mine quite a bit from the kit though.

The coal chute is a Tichy Train add on kit. Makes all the difference, just a lot of delicate work. Thanks,
