Lights on BLI F-7

The headlight and left board light have gone out on my BLI F-7 while the cab and right board lights work properly. We tried feeding 9 volts into the light board connectors but it didn’t help. I e-mailed BLI but thought maybe someone know how to fix the problem. Do you think just replacing the light board unit would be the best alternative or is there a way to better check the board? Thanks Bill
