BTW: NOTE: The sharpest curve the Big Boys could negotiate was a 20 degree curve. In HO scale, this would be a 40 inch radius curve.

It is a nice picture but a fake. And also, my Big Boy will run all day on my test track on 18" curves. Look really out of place though.
That looks pretty darn good for a fake. I would have never new it unless you guys pointed that out.
Well first off there was never a “Big, Big Boy” 4-8-8-8-4… If you look very closely, you may be able to see the cut and paste line half way between the two towers (notice they are identicle) above the Loco. It extends right down through the boiler just after the second set of drivers. Actually a VERY good photoshoped photo. I was impressed by it! [8D]
I may be wrong but that photoshop image look to be the Big boy 4884 that is at the colorado transportation museum… i could be wrong though!.. just thought i would point that out!!!
