I have an 1121 switch that only switches in one direction.
If I turn the transformer to full power then it works, but it hesitates.
I checked the frog and lever and it seems to move freely.
Can some one help me to fix this problem?

If it’s not mechanical, the only thing that comes to mind is shorted turns on one of the coils. Do you have a DC supply (car battery?) that you could try it with? Shorted turns would have much more of an effect with AC; so, if it works better on DC, that suggests that that is the problem. Then (unless you want to go to the trouble of converting it to DC) the real fix is to rewind the coil, unfortunately.
How Will I connect a DC supply?
Through the track ot the wires?
I might be mistaken, but doesn’t the track supply the power?
The power does come through the track. If it’s a problem to remove the turnout from the layout, you can simply power the track with DC. I would get everything else that might get that DC off the track or disconnected first, unless you know that it is something that won’t be harmed. Otherwise you can just connect your DC supply to the center rail and an outside rail of the loose turnout. Then try to throw it with the controller.
have you tried a different controller? or just jumping the terminals with a screwdriver?
That’s a good idea. Connect the center terminal with each of the outer terminals, one at a time.
The controller uses one of the coils to supply current to its lamp. It may be possible that this current is enough to retard motion in one direction. If the turnout passes the screwdriver test, try the controller again with the controller lamp removed. If that works, you may want to try a smaller lamp in the controller. The original lamp is a 430 (screw base) or 431 (bayonet base), which draws 250 milliamperes. You could replace it with a 52 (screw base) or 53 (bayonet base), which draws less than half that.
Thanks,
I’ll try the screwdriver test.
The lamp might do the trick also.
I have one other switch on the track and the lamp isn’t as bright as the lamp on the switch that don’t work.
It’s the lamp in the controller that we’re talking about, not the one in the turnout itself.
