Purchased the above loco nearly 1 year ago. Very sluggish and sounds are terrible. Was told Lionel issued a recall. Something about two clips in rear of tender and there should only be one clip. Does anyone have any tips on how to get this loco moving properly. I am having the clip problem taken care of by Lionel. Any help would be appreciated.
