My lionel 385E has a chugger that is not working correctly. When lever in cab is up the chugger buzzes all the time. When down or off no sounds from chugger. How do i get the chugging sound?? Thanks, Jeff
lionel2, look for Tom Hunts on you tube. He had a series on rebuilding a 385, and I think he addresses the chugger in it.

I can’t fix a chugger but rather I have a different issue: I want one and I don’t have one!
