I’ve got one of these 6-12889 operating windmills that is getting cranky. It is noisy and does not operate as a constant speed.
Anybody out there had one these apart?
There’s not much to them. Basically a vibrating motor and finger washer. Can be cranky because the finger washer is standing vertical as opposed to laying flat. Hard to keep consistent pressure on it for smooth operation. Best thing I found this replace the washer now and then and really fine-tune the voltage.
