I just got my first Lionel Fastrack. Does anyone know if the fastrack switches are capable of operating signal lights like the old 022 switches can?
I hope so, anyone know for sure?

Operating signal lights, as in operating the accessory from the switch? I believe it’s possible but I am not sure for the Fastrack since I dont have a remote switch yet (have all manuals; you could possibly lookup some info about them and find out. I know with the O-31 Lionel remotes I have, I can connect a signal (like the block target) and the switch will control it when thrown.
I just looked at the Lionel catalog, and from what it says the FasTrack remote switches have connectors for Auxillary connections as well as TMCC…so could be possible.

Sorry to say but they do not. I went through this last summer when I was building the first part of my layout using FasTrack. I even went directly to Lionel and they said no. I ended up using isolated/insulated track sections to make my signals work.
