Lionel HO

I have a Lionel HO steamer 0635W and need a motor. Can anyone help?

I doubt you are going to find one, and if you do,given its from the stone age of electronics, why bother. IMHO if I was wanting to get the best out of the engine, I would measure the motor size and shaft , then go to Northwest Short Lines website www.nwsl.com and find a nice can motor to fit. It will run better, use less current and be quieter too!
I’ve done it with other Lionel HO, and it works!!

Not sure what the model 0635W unit is, but Bowser makes a replacement mechanism that fits the GS-4 Northern. The two I have with the original mechanism aren’t very good at pulling a train, so I’m considering one of these, especially if they’re as good as the Bowser locos I already have.
