Does anybody know where I can look to find a Lionel north pole central full vista dome #35134?
They are very hard to find. I have seen them at trainshows, but I haven’t seen one in a store in years.
How do I find train shows? Im a new guy
Here’s a good place to start: http://www.railserve.com/
You are able to search the various categories so you will be able to tailor them to your specific area. Hope this helps.
Welcome to the forum! To find a train show in your area, go to the top of this page (right under the diesel engines) and go to “community”, then highlight “events”. Then you can enter your zip code and choose a maximum distance. Once that info is entered, it pops up a list of everything in your area that CTT knows about.
Back to the original subject, most of the time when I see one of those Cupid cars for sale, they have a huge price tag on it usually about 3 times what they want for the other ones. It took me a few years to find one for a price I was willing to pay.
One of the things I would do at our club’s Christmas shows was run a train with 7 of the cars (since I didn’t have Cupid) and ask people to tell me which reindeer was missing. Then I would stop the train, and pull another car off, ask again, and so on.
Good luck on your hunt,
J White
You might want to check the websites of some our our advertisers like charlesro.com, trainworld.com, gryzboskitrains.com, sidetrackhobbies.com, nicholassmithtoys.com, or eastsidetrains.com. There are many more dealers in the magazine, so who knows which ones have what in inventory.
Don’t forget ebay.

Thank you everybody
