Welcome Iruleyou05,
Not sure if you would want to spend much money on this locomotive as Greenberg’s Priceguide gives a rather low monetary figuire to this locomotive, $32.00 as high price for one in excellant condition.
Look around and see if you can find a replacement motor that fits your frame. I did this with a Lionel 235 Scout locomotive and converted it to DC as the motor fit in rather good and the 235’s motor was worn out and the other locomotive’s shell was damaged by heat and was no good.

Hello Iruleyou05! Olsen’s toy train parts has rubber stamps for postwar engines. Call them at: 1-216-226-0444 & see if they can help you out. Take Care.
