I have a Polar Express engine by Lionel that is battery power with a hand controller, for some reason I cant keep this one train on the track , plus it is very slow with new batterys and the sound functions are way low, do I have a problem or are they all like this… I have no problem with my other engines staying on track.
Check for missing tracshion tire’s if it is so equiped.
