Lionel Trains In Attic (Built website to show them)

Hello foundeminattic! I also think you should keep your trains. After all, They are a part of your family history and are more valueble in that manner than in a financial sense. If you do sell them someday you might wi***hat you didn’t and regret it.Just something to think about…Keith

Hey Nice Find,

If you’ll e-mail me your number, I would like to buy your trains. Those are items that I have been looking for.

If you don’t mind, I might have to pay in installments, because last summer, I got a job. I worked fridy (training), and the monday, teusday, and wednesday shift I had been hired for. Anyway, the labor department told the manager I couldn’t work till I was foruteen, which Iwill be in 15 days.

I won’t say more here, I will e-mail you with the rest. But, I am very interested in buying your trains.

Bert and Mary Poppins (aka Nicholas C. Parker)

I’m interested too. I have the cash ready.

I am overwhelmed at the depth of everyone’s responses. Although I do admit to having set up some track and running the trains for the past two nights, I do not plan to keep them. My addictions include vinyl, sportscards, and comic books - the wife surely doesn’t want me to start another collection!! So, everything is for sale. Please email any offers you may have to me at kenwhitejr@comcast.net . We are located north of Philadelphia, PA and I can provide my phone number to interested parties.
Thanks,
Ken

Odd-d: Take me for a drive in your Rolls Royce and the trains are yours [:D]

I’ve really struggled with whether or not I should post this, but in the end, my concern regarding relations with a non-train person (FoundEmInAttic) impels me to write.

“Hans Zimmer” is a name associated with a poster who has caused a number of problems on at least one toy train forum, problems for which he was banned. However, others have noted that the same person appears to have registered using different names (e.g., Joe Polska). My concern is that FoundEmInAttic or other forum members may be harmed by Hans Zimmers’ offer to buy these trains.

Is this the same Hans Zimmer that caused problems? I don’t know, but signing off with “pax” was associated with that poster. Does causing problems on forums mean an offer to purchase is not legitimate? Not necessarily.

If I’m off base here, I’d be happy to apologize. I plan to alert the moderator of this forum and e-mail Ken regarding my post.

Sorry, Foundinattic, no Rolls Royce here. I’m in the other group, the one in the poorhouse from buying too many trains. How about a tour of my poorhouse? Is that a deal? Odd-d

Hey guys,
We’ve had a complaint from a forum member about offers to buy the trains. Pls take any negotiations off list, and the seller should probably think about selling his trains through a forum, before actually selling them.

Sorry.

not sure I understand, but after seeing the offers to buy, these waters starting looking a little too murky for me.
