Okay, I got dupped. I currently have my credit card company issuing a chargeback from Lionelmanuals.com. They claimed to have repair manuals from 1902 -1986. They don’t! I am now looking at the Greenberg repair manual. I guess I should have asked you guys first, does anyone recommend the Greenberg manual?
Thanks
John
I have the old K-Line hardcover book of reprints. I don’t think there’s a week I don’t reference it for something!

John,
Bob ( lionelsoni) Nelson’s post of Olsen’s, is a good source of repair info.
I have Greenberg’s and Aurotech’s repair manuals.
For the most part they both have similar info. and then again, each has a little more of something different, than the other.
Year’s ago a reproduction of Lionel’s Factory repair manual, complete, was selling for around $300.00, in the late '70’s.
A friend of mine bought one and from what I can remember, it was almost the size of a library ‘Webster’s’ dictionary.

Greenberg published a four-volume reprint of the postwar repair manual. It was still in print when I came to CTT in 1996. Bought one for a friend. When I went to buy one, they were sold out …
Hybrid Systems offers the postwar service manual on CD (Mac and Windows compatible). Check out hslinc.com.
