Lionmaster SD80MAC Part hard to find

Good afternoon all!

I’m looking for a Sand FIller Cap missing from my SD80MAC engine. I’ve tried every shop recommended by Lionel as well as other shops that I could think of, so I thought perhaps this might be an okay place to ask if anyone knows where I might get this part or one of the five variants.

There are do-it-yourself molding and casting compounds that could help in creating a duplicate. Check at a hobby shop or Hobby Lobby or Micro-Mark for casting compounds.

did you try North Limas train parts in Ohio ? that is where lionel dumps all parts leftovers after 2 yrs.
