Local newspaper Mineola patch reports hit MOW equipment on adjaecent track. 29 to hospital many treated on site. Sounds like a close repeat of the Amtrak MOW accident although details probably different ?

Appears to have been a PTS62 ? Believe that is dynamic tamper that when in operation will foul a close adjaecent track ?
