Anyone deal with the above A F T E R March of 2010 and how were your dealings with them? Since Bruce sold out I haven`t been able to find any reviews of the new Litchfield Station

I purchase from them regularly and can’t tell any difference in the speed of service or pricing. They do offer a lot more products now, too.

Same here. Bruce has his own page and still associated with the Lichfield site. Litchfield use to have free shipping over $50.00, after maybe two or three years, free after $75.00. I have not bought from them the past six months so check their site. You should have their site in Favorites. Read the details.

I have made five or six purchases from Litchfield in the last year. All were handled promptly and accurately. On two occasions I was in a real pinch leading up to operating sessions. I called, got a live person on the phone, and they were able to get what I needed out the door with express shipping. I was very pleased with the service and the prices are highly competitive.
like you ihad been a long time LS customer when Bruce owned the business. I was a bit wary myself but have since made several purchases and can report that allcontinues well. They have just made some changes to shipping charges as noted on their home page.
