Locate this abandoned rail tunnel in Maine

In the New York Times article about heroin use in northern New England, this peculiar rail tunnel has tracks but just beyond the tunnel it is truncated by what looks like a highway bridge stanchion and a building.

What line is it?

I rather suspect that that’s a boulevard-wide road overpass. Check along the Springfield Terminal Railway alignment in Portland for possible sites.
