Long time subscriber. Locked out of reading News Wire stories. Anyone else have the same problem today?

Did you check to see if you were still logged into the website? Occasionally the trains.com website logs me out and I lose access to the Newswire articles. Once I log back in everything works as expected.

I did log out and back in. Still locked out. Maybe Nessie ate my account

I just logged out and I was still able to read the Newswire stories. Strange… The new website’s behavior isn’t consistent at times.

Suddenly I’m back in business - able to read News Wire stories like usual. Have a good weekend everybody. Cheers!

Locked out again.

I have had the same problem. Several rounds of ‘help’ w/ customer service didn’t solve the problem. A month later it seemed to self fixed… for a while. Not sure if it’s just giving me a few ‘free views’ or really fixed. Still waiting for some 'additions to our subscription’s value", rather than the usual only for on line members* cuts. Another possibility for Newswire not working ?

FWIW, I haven’t had any problems with accessing News Wire, sounds like the problems are coming from problems with the login process.

A while ago I was locked out of NewsWire on my laptop (Windows machine, Chrome browser) but I could get it on my phone (android, Chrome browser). A month or more ago I was also locked out on my phone, but a few days later I could start getting it again on my laptop.
