Locomotive roster.

Here’s my active roster. Active in this case are the locomotives I would run on the layout, not counting all the Atheran BB I have under the layout that’s not really worth much. It’s not a very big roster but I don’t have that big of layout planned.

Revenue Service

Atlas GP30 N&W

Atlas SW1200 N&W

Atlas GP38 NS

Excursion Service

Bachman 4-4-0

I just changed my prototype, so I expect this to change in the future as funds allow. I’m looking to replace one of my N&W locomotives with a custom painted GP7 in Indiana and Ohio paint and I’m also on the lookout for the Proto 2000 GP30 in I&O colors. That will give me enough locomotives to work my new layout.

If you had asked me, I’m afraid that for the time being this isn’t possible as I do not have a working digicam now. I need to buy a new one but obviously have spent my money on the rr collection. The 100 + locos and the 500 + cars even if purchased over many years have stressed the funds quite a bit.

But to give you an idea: the steam collection contains a further 4-8-4 Northern in SF, a Big boy that is 28 years old (still from Rivarossi - one of the collection starters actually), varous other Mallets in different liveries, some smaller steamers, such as Athearn’s 2-8-0 Rio Grande loco, Proto’s 0-8-0 for the NP (heritage collection), 2 Pacifics, 2 Mikados - all in all about a dozen steamers; as far as others are concerned a GG1 (the model from Kato, just bought recently to replace the old one from Arnold), a gas turbine with tender from Con-Cor, some tunnel motor SD40T-2s (SP), several SD40, SD45, SD50, SD60 and SD70, most for BN (my favorite road), nearly all GP models on the N-scale market, a variety of E7, E8/9, F3, F7, FP7, F9, FP9, F40PH, Dash7, Dash-8, Dash 9 models, 2 train masters, 2 H15-44-H16/44 and of course various Alco models. My absolute favorite is the MP15 - I have 5 of them, from both Atlas and Concor.

When I’ve got my new camera and somebody tells me how to I’ll post a few pics here.
