Hi I have bought several diesel locos at a local train show. these units are not new but are in very good condition. however there are no makers I.D. on them how do you tell who made them
There are a lot of different things, pictures would help the most.

. Turn the engine upside down and read the builder’s plate, or the box it came in.
Other than that; if you didn’t care when you bought them, it couldn’t be be that important.
Ask your seller.
