Sorry, only 12,000 horses. Only the first two units were on line. But even the first two weren’t even working that hard. Just goes to show how powerful AC6000s really are.
Then why when each Engine passes, there traction motors all have a screaming sound to them?
The traction motors still turn even with out power.
Which means that even dead engines make that whining noise when they are being pulled…
