hi I’m looking for someone to give me a quote on a layout thats built by a professional.

What part of the country are you in, and do you already have the specifications prepared?

Check the ads section in Model Railroader. There are quite a few professional layout builders listed.

The NMRA web page has a number of links to professional builders:

(This includes all kinds of custom services, but there are a number of layout building services included in the list).

Two excellent custom builders with whom I am familiar are Lance Mindheim and Rick Fortin.
