I’m trying to locate the Walther’s kit, #933-3002 Bill’s Glass Shop. It looks like the beige three story building shown below:

If anyone might know where I could find one (or possibly two) of these kits I’d apreciate the info. You can contact me offline if you prefer at my email address:

Walthers has an assembled version of this building called 10th World Comics. But I need the kit as I have to extend the side walls. That is also why I could use two of these kits.
I believe this was originally made in resin by Magnuson. Does anyone know the name Magnuson issued this kit as? Most of my layout buildings are old Magnuson kits and I really like them. So if I could find the original Magnuson kit would be a plus.
Although SS Ltd. produces many old Magnuson kits, this particular building has not been reissued.
I’m pretty sure, Matt, that these were the first Magnuson kits in styrene. I don’t think they were ever resin. And, I’m pretty sure Bill’s Glass Shop was the original name too.
I’m going by memory, but I think that was the case.

I had the old Magnuson version when it was first released. It was also called Bill’s Glass Shop as I recall and it was a styrene kit, sold pre-painted. Walthers still lists the model in kit form, but has changed the name to “Flowers by Terry.” http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/933-3473
Woodland Scenics has a couple of similar buildings, the Walker Building and the First National Bank, that were formerly part of the DPM product line. They aren’t an exact match, but they are quite similar.
Thanks for the info.
I looked at an old Magnuson brochure I just found in my files and yep it was called Bill’s Glass Shop.
I had no idea about the new Walthers “Flowers By Terry” kit. Thanks for that information.
The open spot between the “Municipal Building” and “Des Plaines Ave” is where I’d like to put the “Glass Shop”. This weekend I started painting “Des Plaines Ave”. I think it might have been called “Merchant’s Row III” by Magnuson?

A couple Magnuson buildings here. Wonder if anyone can name them all:
