I am on the hunt for an inoperable Kato n scale SD70MAC “CSX”. I am wanting this loco for a camera car project.
I am looking to hollow it out and install a camera into it so that it can be pushed in front of a consist. I would really hate to hack up an perfectly good operating loco for this.
As long the trucks, wheels, and pickups are in good shape I would be happy, I can always get a shell online.
If anyone else has done this I would love to here what you have to say as well
