I am looking for this issue especially for the pictorial of an excellent water’s edge wharf development…

First, check with Kalmbach and see if that issue is still available. If not, see if they will photocopy that particular article for you. Call their customer service department toll free at 1-800-533-6644. If all that fails get back on this forum and see if anyone will part with their copy.

1985 was MR’s 50th birthday year. The entire year of issues had great articles and features. If you can get the entire year 1985 you won’t regret it.
