Looking for July 2003 CTT Magazine article

I’m looking for a specific article that is mentioned by Len Carparelli in the current (9/05) issue. On page 41 he states that he wrote an article on the Lionel Texas Special F-3 locomotive in the July, 2003 issue and since I have that particular engine, I’d like to have that article to go with it. CTT wants $10.50 for one backissue so I’d rather pay someone for a copy of that issue or a photo copy of the article. Thanks,

Article has to do with how the SantaFe, TS, and B&O units were painted. Is this whatyou are asking about?
