There are many ‘western-style’ architectural station kits available, but I don’t know of one specifically of that station in Kelso, which I’ve visited a few times during my trek over the LA&SL.
You may have to scratch -build it from photos and or measurements.
Also, you may want to google the topic, and see if there are any other modelers who may have tackled that project.
