Garden Railroading

I figured railway design and construction was the place to put this but I am in need of Track. I know I know it’s just like a luxury and not everyone is looking to unload some since they are becoming more and more harder to get for a good price. I’m running on a tight budget and looking to finish my main line but i’m in desperate need of some brass track. I’ve been posting just about everywhere. I’m trying to stay with wide radii, 10-20 feet diameters. If anyone is interested or thinking about it please let me know.

I’d be happy to post some pics if anyone would like to see the progression of where I am at. This is my second garden railroad since I was 13 years old. My first one was in a 4 feet by 25 feet space and now since I have started back up again it’s been more than 10 fold. I’m very proud of the out come so far since this is the second atempt at this garden railroad. Thanks for your time.

Hi Take a look on ebay there is always plenty there, if you can not find what you want in US try the UK ebay most people will send over the pond.

Try a site called Collectors Weekly they have a lot of track on tere page, it’s a lot of ebay
stuff but the site is easier to get around on .

They have a place to see highest bid and how many are watching object they show all gauge’s
It’s a pretty good site

Thanks. I was looking back at a 1994 issue and could not believe how the cost of track alone has increased. I’m hoping for a couple of train shows to find out about track but I do appreciate everyones suggestions and taking the time to read my post.
