Yes the National Railroad Museum. It’s downtown on the west side of the river.
Green Bay, my friend, doesn’t have just any railroad museum; Green Bay, my friend, has the National Railroad Museum considered by many to be one of the top 5 in the country.
Yup. Amazingly enough, they even have a website.
What’s even more amazing is that you can easily find the website by typing “railroad museum green bay” into Google. The OP could have done this with great ease.

Anyways, The National Railroad Museum is located just off of Hwy 172 on the west side of the Fox River. Directions are on their website. Make sure you get there in time for a train ride! You will have to pay $1 extra per person to your admission when you first get there. They give rides 3 times a day, I believe one is at 10. Nice half hour ride around the park.
While in Green Bay, don’t forget to stop in at Engine House Services! Best train shop in the area. Directions on their website.
My wife’s uncle took me to the National Railroad Museum when we were there for a wedding. What a great place! Hitch a ride on their railroad they have on the property if you get a chance. Great model railroad layout to check out as well. My uncle and father-in-law aren’t big railroad fans, but they even said it was worth it…
Enginehouse Services is a hobby shop well worth visiting in the Green Bay area

Within a fairly short drive of Green Bay are two maritime museums that both have some items of rail interest and in any event are certainly well worth taking in, once you’ve been to the National Railroad Museum. The maritime museum in Manitowoc WI has a WWII submarine to tour and some Great Lakes carferry material. The museum in Sturgeon Bay WI has stuff related to the Annapee & Western RR the only railroad to serve Wisconsin’s Door County.

It was a nice layout to see… [:(] The new director of the museum doesn’t like model railroads, and kicked the club out of the building. The building is now closed while they rebuild it into some kids depot thing. The club is now temporarily moved in with a modular club in a vacant store right next to… Engine House Services! You are welcome to go in and look around when they are there. I believe they are there on Thursdays.
