I’ve been searching around, but have not been able to find a pair of 6 wheel trucks like those for an RSC-2. Would anyone know where I could find some?

Kato has produced the RSC-2 in both HO and N scales. They have a parts department, available through their website, www.katousa.com.
They have Friction bearing trucks listed for HO in both black and silver. The N scale section lists them available in both colors as front and rear, but make no distinction as to bearing type, friction or roller.
Take a look at their site, you may find what you need.
