Did you try using the “Find-It” utility on the Walthers online catalog page for this item? It turns up a list of all the hobby shops that might have it. I’ve found 3 discontinued items (bascule bridge, rotary dumper, Geo. Roberts Printing) this way.

I have one I bought a couple of years ago and then decided it was too big for my layout. Was considering using components to make some sort of industry. If you are interested in buying it for say $40+shipping I will find it, dust it off and make sure it is all there.
