Howdy all. It’s been a while. Don’t know if I’ll stick around but it’s good seeing my friends’ posts.

Hey, Chip, [#welcome] back! [:D]
Wayne
Thanks Wayne.
Have you left the one you left us for?[;)]
If you mean my wife, nope. If you mean Facebook, I still post there.
Hi Chip,
Hopefully you’re doing well. I am still missing your webside.
Paul
Nice to see you back, Chip. Hope you can stick around.
Welcome back, Chip. I hope everyone in your family is doing well.
Chip, good to see and hear from you again. It’s been way too long. Hope you and your family are doing well. How old his Shane now? 15-16?
Tom
Welcome back SpaceMouse.
Welcome back Chip. [swg] Hope all is well on the home front. You have been missed around here.
You´ve been missed, Chip - good to see you´re back, hopefully to stay!
Good to hear from you. Stick around, we all enjoyed your posts.
Nice to see you are back, Chip.[:)]
Nice to see your smiling facing again Chip…[tup]
Welcome back…
Thanks everyone. Just to catch you all up. I am between layouts. I got the benchwork done, I got stalled coming up with the money for track, my wife’s art career took off and she needed the space. I prepared a new space and now we are moving to Arizona and now that room has been abandoned to sell the house.
Moving to the Cottonwood area outside of Sedona. There is a railroad museum with a layout, but I haven’t found a local club.
Anyway, the wife is looking for a new house with my railroad in mind. I’m thinking 20 x 30, hehe.
Paul,
I’ll probably start up some form of website when I start my new layout. I still have the old one on ice.
Tom,
Shane is 15, almost 16. I tried to sell his 2-8-0 last year, but he wasn’t having any of it. Maybe he will get interested when I build the next layout. He’s mostly into video games and wants to make videos about video games.
Brakie,
You still keeping these foamers in line?
Sedona is a pretty part of AZ, Chip. I love the drive up along 89A. Is Cottonwood artsy like Sedona?
You know you’ll eventually have to make the trip down to Tombstone. Given your six-shooter skills, you could probably become a regular for either the Clantons or the Earps. The fellas walking around town in costume are pretty gritty and look the part.
Tom
Tom,
Cottonwood has not quite the views for a lot less the price. My wife has gotten her paintings into a gallery in Sedona and another in Scottsdale–plus she has a sister in Tuscon.
I considered selling my competition guns before I left, but I think I will keep them. I think the Clantons are safe however.
Chip, it’s been SO-O-O-O-O long since we have heard from you. Good to welcome you back again, please stay in touch, and keep us up to date on your relocation plans. Hopefully, another layout will start growing shortly after the move.
