Their website might be some help. I know you can buy it direct from them. They may have a listing of retailers that carry the product.
Are you really stuck on MAAS, or could you live with Mother’s Mag Wheel Cleaner, or any number of similar formulations? I ask this because your hot-rod store will surely carry something like MAAS, but so will any of your local department stores…and cheaper, guaranteed. For example, I bought Black Magic at Canadian Tire, and feel very confident that it will do exactly what MAAS will do. So say the instructions.
Yes, Mothers Mag Wheel Polish will do as good if not better than MAAS. So will Blue Magic (which I found in the paste form this past weekend - available at Advance Auto parts and should be available at most other chain auto parts stores)
Don’t get into a rut thinking that MAAS is the only thing to use.
I and most of my layout operators have tried almost all paste and liquid metal polishes to see if there is any difference and so far there seems to be none.
Just try it and see if you like the results!

The metal polish (what ever brand) cleans the rails and protects them with a coat of wax.
I have not had to clean my track for over 2 plus years now where I had to clean it monthly before.
This is the real advantage over other methods of cleaning the track (and that is just what the other methods do is just clean they don’t protect the rails from getting dirty).
And do not worry about loss of traction with the wax on the rails as there seems to be no loss with mine!
I have 2700 feet of track and I have some grades on the layout up to 4%, so I should have seen a loss of tractive effort after the application of the metal polish. The trains pull just as good as they did before the polish!
