I am new to model railroading but would like to know where I can find photos of the old New York,Texas,Mexico line. I grew up in a small town outside of Houston and remember the trains going through town. I want to create a HO scale between Houston and Victoria, Texas. Any help please.

I have a number of photos of the new KCS yard at Kendleton, details of the rod-connected mechanical interlocking between the SP and ATSF in Wharton, scenes on El Campo, Victoria. I do NOT have these on a web-posting site where I can easily post them here. (I use railimages at Trainboard.com but don’t have many Macaroni pix hosted there.) Many are slides from 1970s, early 80s which I have not scanned to digital- just got a scanner a few weeks ago. I have been putting a few of them on a South Texas Model Railroad group page on facebook. (Don’t know if I am allowed to mention or link to another site here…) There is a modeler in the group who lives in Wharton. I grew up in Houston and have lived in Corpus Christi almost 50 years and driven along the Macaroni Line many times going home to visit folks.
I designed a Rosenberg N-scale layout 2-3 years ago for a modeler who lives in an apartment in Kuala Lampur, Malasia. I DO have that where I can post it here…
