When was the first issue of Classic Toy Trains?

When I subscribed I got the 2nd issue. Later I got the 1st at a train show for $5. I’ve seen people ask for much more. I was overjoyed when CTT came out. Before that there was nothing and I mean nothing. O Gauge RR was mostly scale and I think it was called O Scale. Model Railroader had a occasional 3 rail layout but that was once a year if that. That was it. I have the issue of MR where the editors were kind of polling readers if they thought there was enough intrest to bring out CTT.
