I read in another post that MainLine Modeler folded, is this true?
If so what was the last issue?

The last issue was August. The letter I received stated that they were, at that time, trying to find a buyer for MM.
Supposedly N Scale was to continue publishing with a new owner.
And CTC was sold to White River and has been renamed and the first new issue should be arriving somewhat soon.
That’s a real shame, MM was the best mag of them all for the serious model builder. I have every issue through July, but haven’t been to a hobby shop since then, (no hobby shops locally any more - nearest one is 2 hours away). I sure hope Bob finds a buyer with the same exacting standards.
The thing that always amazed me about Mainline Modeler was how much of it was Bob Hundman’s work, from photos to articles to scale drawings, and then consider that he probably also had to sell ads and do page layout, and that that was and is not his only magazine … pretty amazing energy level.

Here’s the reply I got today from MM from my email inquiring about their situation:
“At this point, the publication has not ceased, just is in limbo while Bob is looking for someone to take it over. But he’s being a little pickier on Mainline than he was for Nscale and CTC when they changed hands because he feels Mainline had a certain quality and standard he wants the magazine to maintain. But his goal is to have the magazine continue, and he’s talking to a couple different people at the moment, so hopefully we’ll hear something soon.”
My guess is that once a new owner is found, all the previously paid-for subscriptions will be honored as that would, I think, be one of the criteria that Bob would be looking for in a new publisher, let’s hope so anyway.
MR is the best mag for general knowledge, but if you want to advance your model building skills, Mainline Modeler has been the magazine.
