Wow, CEILING tiles! That really looks good. Funny, that’s the last thing I’d think of for ceiling tiles, usually when I see them used, it’s for flat sedimentary layers. You’ve given me some good ideas–out here in the Sierra, we have a lot of hard granite and basalt, and it’s not easy to sculpt when you’re using Hydrocal or Sculptamold over a large surface. And rock castings can only go SO far.

Very nice. The disolving and reforming gives this an advantage over blue foam. I will try it. Like Twhite, I have tried your tile for limestone with some success. This will be a fun project.
