that guy is bing stupid. karma hehehehe

I hope they hang that guy.

When are scrap yards going to stop taking track materials from individuals?

Scrap yards can be a problem for stolen metals. In Idaho, it is the law when someone sells scrap to a yard, you must present identification, ie driver’s license, which is copied into a computer listing the transaction and what was sold and the seller.
It’s amazing the number of states that cannot or will not pass such laws. Unfortunately, it doesn’t cover the illegal scrappers who operate at midnight and have illegal places to sell the scrap.

Here comes E. Hunter Harrison. If you do not know what he has done for the CN and you work for the CP, do not expect the union or anyone to protect your job. If anyone has any smarts and a few bucks buy 2 shares of CN for every one share of CP.
It is going to take a lot of money and several years before the
CP with be even close to CN. They both are the most valuable assets in transportation Canada.
It is going to very interesting to see what is going to happen.
Both of these railroads are in the heart of the midwest.
For example: Since they both come in the area of the upper Mississippi, what would prevent these two railroads from buying a barge company.
You all have a great 4th of July.

To quote the late Tom Snyder, “Jeremy J. Forcier should look in the mirror and see the word “Moron” on his forehead”! Okay, I fudged a litttle bit on the quote.

These crimes need to be treated as the terrorism that they
in fact are. “The train will derail”. What will the train cars
be loaded with? The cleanup from the tanker of chlorine
destined to the local water treatment plant is not what some
guy on a scooter has on his mind ,but tough enforcement
might give others second thoughts.

Yes indeed, when are scrap yards going to be more responsible? I don’t know but removing spikes from active railroad tracks sounds like sabotage to me. Ignorance is no excuse. Where are the federal charges?

How about charging him with attempted murder?
