End view shows it’s a Tight Fit even with the grinding

I cut the top off the frame of the old open frame motor and used it as a support and guide for the motor shaft
A piece of tubing was use to connect the shaft to the worm gear

Silicone was used to glue the motor in place
I painted it black

How does she run?

First run was a bit jerky but second one smoothed out some

also my video is shaky with out a tripod but this will give you an idea

still need to play with momentum for smoother starts
