Manual for KW transformer

I did a search and the posts I found were a few years old. Just was wondering where I could find a copy of manual for a KW Transformer. I’m just getting started I would like to have the manual so I hook it up right. Thanks, J Campbell

Thanks Bob, that will really help in the reconditioning I will be doing. Do you know if I will need anything else to run engines with electronic whistles? I know the older engines will not be a problem.

I have seen posts here about trouble operating new whistles with old transformers and vice-versa. The problem might be that the amplitude of the DC component that older transformers put out decreases with a light load, so that more efficient modern locomotives may not see enough to trigger the whistle. Then again, you might not have any trouble at all.
