I build my own throws, good for every turnout. This way I have a switch for frog polarity and have not to reach into the layout!

If I remember correctly, the turnouts you mention are Peco Setrack code 100 switches. They do not require a ground throw to be operated, as the points are spring loaded. If you want to operate them with a ground throw, the “unsprung” variety of Caboose Industrie would be appropriate.
I have 3 Peco turnouts that are operated with Caboose Industries rigid ground throws. Since the Peco is already spring loaded to snap to either position, the ground throw won’t have to hold the point rails on their own. They work great and I haven’t had any problems with them. I even painted the opposite sides of the little throw handle with red and green dots (used paint pens I had laying around) to make it easier to see.
Thanks for the specifics on the rigid ground throws.
I use Caboose 202 sprung ground throws, because I had them laying around. They work fine. I had to enlarge the hole some to fit it over the pin on the Peco throw bar.
