Has anyone here tried one of the new Manuta 2-6-6-2 tank engines with DCC and sound? Saw soe good prices on them in the last MR.

I have one of these, it is not the new sound version, and while I have heard of some owners having problems I think it is a reasonable priced engine which has performed well for me.
I saw the advertisement, be advised that the sound is a MRC decoder. I am wary of any sound DCC decoders had a few of their earlier versions which all went up in smoke very early in their use. I have not heard it their new DCC sound decoders have improved at all.
