many delays WASH southbound Sunday morning till at least Monday morning

Almost all southbounds out of WASH delayed 2 - 5 hours this afternoon +.

19, 52, 97, 145, 157, = 19 did not leave until 2310. Various posts said equipment problems and signal issues Who knows what. Also 29 took a 4:50 hit late posted as equipment. Wonder if it could have been switch or signal problems getting diesels out of IVY city?

Just checked 87 which has taken a 4+ hour delay arriving WASH from just 5 miles north of WASH.

Now it sounds like the tower at north end of Union Station is having some problems?

EDIT: Found this bulletin at 0915 Sunday morning and problems still evident at 0002 Monday.

K Tower has been replaced as a manned interlocking, I believe.

More delays this Friday. Wonder if any relation to the Amtrak 1st street tunnel derailment? Anyone know? Bulletin does say thru Washington.
