Do the Marx E-8 diesels have the fat wheels with the gears on them? What I want to know is can they be run on modern track and switches? Thanks giz.
Paul, maybe you could check with that Robt. Grossman Repair parts place. They are in Cleveland Oh. somewhere & I’ve seen them at train shows. They may have parts that you can see on their web-site that may tell you what you need to know. Hope this helps.
Nope, they don’t have the fat wheels with gears on, so I guess you can run them through modern switches. These are great engines!
