Mass. DOT money aids industrial rail access
Spending 2.85 million is money well spent if it will increase rail car loadings and decrease the number of trucks on the roads. I suspect the damage to the roads from those trucks would be substantially more than that. It will also make the roads safer for autos. Wish we here in Alabama had a program like that.
